Pre-K Lottery
Starting 4/17/2015 at 8:30 am until 1:00 pm

Description:
Registration will take place from 8:30am - 1:00pm Lottery will take place in the Media Center at 1:15pm.
Parents are only allowed to participate in the lottery at their home
school & child's birth date must be between September 2, 2010 and September 1, 2011.
The following documents must be provided:
Child's Original Birth Certificate
Child's Social Security Card (waivers
are available, if needed)
Current Proof of Residence (must be a gas, power,
or water bill, mortgage or lease)
Photo ID of the parent registering their child
All parents of Pre-K students chosen in the Pre-K lottery must
complete the new student registration process which is on-going throughout the summer.
The following documents are required for summer registration:
Current Proof of Residence (must be a gas, power, or water bill, mortgage or lease)
Health Immunization Form 3231 (may obtain this from your
pediatrician or local health department)
Health Form 3300 (may obtain this from your pediatrician, dentist, and/or local health department)
