Prevent Illness

In Health class this week, the focus is really getting your hands clean!

The children rubbed a black light sensitive lotion on their hands and then explored different ways to clean your hands. The brightly reflective spots indicate the "germs". This really sheds light on how we all can help prevent spreading germs.

What works best? Washing your hands with soap, warm water and drying them off. Make sure your rub them together for at least 20 seconds and don't forget between the fingers and around the finger nails!
